7-  Updating ERP Data from Primavera and Explanation of the Process Cycle

In the explanations of Process No. 4;

We said, “The data of all the activities that will take place in Primavera are actually in the “Estimation Cost data” and we created this data in line with an appropriate algorithm in Avinal ERP and sent it to the Activity Module as “Activity Analysis”. This Process enabled “Estimation Cost data” to be transferred to the Activity Analysis in a different format.

The reason why these data were sent to "Primavera" (in the structure it should be) was that they gained the "Temporary Dimension".

In "Primavera", predessor and successor connections are made, and these Activities, which gain a temporal dimension by assigning the Duration information and calculating with the F9 key, must feed back to the ERP in order to ensure that these temporal dimension data are processed into the relevant Activities and productions (Resources) in the ERP.

Since there is even "man-hour" data in the resources sent to Primavera, the temporal data of the activities can also be easily processed.

Predessor and successor connections have been made and the “temporal dimension” needed by ERP has been gained.

In Process No. 8, we provided a different format and sent this data to the "Manufacturing Detection" module. The task of this module was to evaluate the implementations, to keep what production was done in which time period and in what quantity.

With the process no. 9, all production quantities on site basis were uploaded to the 3D IFC model or to the PDF model to be made with an Android tablet.

The manufacturing realizations determined by the Technical Office personnel during the site-based tours were transferred to the "Manufacturing Detection" module with number 10.

These realizations determined the quantitative realizations in the Activity Analysis resources with transaction number 11, and the percentage realizations of the Activity in them.

Activity Analysis also completed the cycle by transferring these realizations back to Primavera. And with the calculation of the F9 key in P6, a temporal dimension has been added to all the data.

“IT IS EQUIVALENT, although these 5 Modules have different structures, they contain the same data.” We said.
